Great opportunity for someone who has just finished their training but isn’t ready to take the plunge of opening their own salon full time or someone already established looking to work part time and not have the ties of bills or a home salon.

Register your interest at littlegremlinsgrooming@hotmail.com, include details of your Dog Grooming experience, qualifications, how long you have been operating and an ideal start date. Once your email has been received it will be reviewed for suitability for both parties.  

You MUST have already had professional training at a recognised training establishment. You will be required to sign a contract. You will need to agree to abide by the rules, consents and restrictions our business operates under. You will not be allowed to advertise your business externally on our premises, or store/sell your own stock. There will be a pre-selection process to ensure that our reputation is safe guarded and we are able to offer the most appropriate information and support to help your business. Little Gremlins Grooming will have priority of all business/clients that walk in and enquire unless consultation is done by yourself.

WHAT YOU GET INCLUDED:

Use of a grooming table and dryer, Use of bathing and drying facilities including shampoo, gloves, towels, blaster and dryer. Waiting area for dogs not being worked on and separate area for clients (important: we cannot have persistent barkers on site) All power, heating, light, water, waste costs are included.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE:

Happy hoodies, cologne sprays, ear/eye cleaner, wipes/balm, trimmex, hand strip equipment, tissue, disinfectant, blade cleaning fluid, clipper oil, ppe (overalls, eye/ear protection) etc. Your own public liability insurance, booking/payment system, website/social media, work phone/laptop. Grooming tools – clippers, blades, scissors, brushes, combs, straps/restraints etc. And of course – your customer’s dogs. You will upkeep your own tools and be responsible for keeping a clean working area.

Mon - 9:30am-5:30pm

Tuesday- closed

Weds - Sat 9:30am-5:30pm

Sunday - 10am-5pm
